By-Laws of the Nationalist Constitutional Reform Party (NCRP)
Section 1: Membership dues and financial management
1.1 Membership fees: The NCRP membership fees will be set at $20/year and dues shall be used to fund the party’s operations, campaigns, and activities.
1.2 Fundraising: The party shall engage in fundraising activities in compliance with Canadian electoral laws. All financial contributions must be publicly disclosed and handled transparently.
Section 2: Conduct and discipline
2.1 Code of Conduct: All party members, officials, and candidates must adhere to a conde of conduct that ensures respectful and ethical behavior at all times.
2.2 Disciplinary Procedures: Any member violating the code of conduct or acting against the interests of the party may be subject to disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion. Disciplinary action shall be determined by the executive committee.
Section 3: Provincial and Territorial Branches
3.1 Formation of Branches: Provincial and territorial branches of the NCRP shall be established to coordinate the party’s activities in their respective regions. Each branch shall be governed by its own by-laws in accordance with the party’s national constitution.
3.2 Regional Conventions: Provincial and territorial branches shall hold conventions to elect leaders, pass resolutions, and discuss regional issues. These conventions shall send delegates to the national convention.
Section 4: Party Communications
The party shall maintain a website, social media accounts, and other communication channels to inform the public and members about the party’s activities and upcoming events.
